Enjoyed our room, it was quiet and had coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The restaurant had awesome meals...

It was an easy base for a weekend trip. The breakfast had a wide array of food, including incredible eggs and cheese. There were flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a study table in the room, enjoyed that. The staff was amicable and very helpful, really made a difference to my trip. The location was marvellous, adjacent to many great shops and restaurants, Granada, Spain and the centre of town.

The twin/double room overlooks inner courtyard and includes tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge. Also, the location is particularly good and marvellous, minutes from a lavish Renaissance cathedral😀🙂
Almost perfect!

A charming surprise in every detail
We were pampered with luxurious amenities. The lush rooftop bar seemed like our secret hideaway.
The only downside was the limited view from our room. We kept the shades down most of the time since the adjacent building all but blocked our sight.

enjoyable stay but minor flaws
They were especially attentive to our child. The room decor was fine with really good quality. A highlight was the amazing views from our window .
The breakfast could have included a few more local options for variety.

We had an amazing time relaxing at the serene spa and enjoyed rejuvenating massages that really helped us unwind. The whole place felt like a luxurious retreat, although it would’ve been handy to have a little more clarity with the air conditioning settings. Make sure to try the rooftop bar for a perfect evening! 🌟

The hotel's dining offerings are a treasure! The breakfast spread is good, with a mix of local delicacies, and the rooftop bar is the perfect spot for a sunset sip. Plus, they arranged a flamenco show that was out of this world! The staff's attention to detail.
A few tiny niggles-would've loved to have room for my own chilled water instead of the minibar hogging all the space. Clearer instructions for the air conditioning and Bluetooth speaker would be nice.

Friendly staff provided a warm atmosphere.
The air conditioning failed during the night, leaving us uncomfortable, and the front desk could only provide a fan as a solution. The bathroom had persistent plumbing problems, causing water to flood onto the floor.
